These clarifications govern how Thursdaylabel delivers brand consultancy services and how both parties interpret project outcomes.
All visual assets — logos, color palettes, typography systems, and brand guidelines — are provided as digital files in agreed formats. Usage rights are granted for the specific channels and territories outlined in the project scope. Additional licensing may be required for merchandise resale or sublicensing.
Creative direction includes strategic recommendations, mood boards, photography direction, and copy tone guidelines. Execution of photography, videography, or print production is not included unless explicitly stated in the statement of work. Third-party vendor coordination is billed separately.
Each project phase includes up to two rounds of revisions. Additional rounds are charged at the hourly consultation rate. Final approval must be provided in writing via email or project management tool. Delays in client feedback may shift the project timeline accordingly.
Thursdaylabel agrees to keep all client materials confidential unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio, website, and social channels. If you prefer to keep the project private, a non-disclosure agreement can be signed before the engagement begins.
Thursdaylabel’s liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project phase in which a claim arises. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or third-party claims resulting from the use of our deliverables. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation before legal action.
